What's Left of Me is an incredibly powerful, sexy and touching love story that will always hold a place in my heart.’ - Nicola with Flirty and Dirty Book Blog

Life works in mysterious ways…

Four years ago I became known as the girl with cancer.

I refuse to cry. And I refuse to give in.

A relationship with a man is the last thing I’m looking for right now, but one night with Parker changes everything. He is persistent, and he knows what he wants.

Me.

He doesn’t treat me like I’m fragile. But he doesn’t know, and I’m not ready to tell him. What if it changes everything?

Tragedy found me when I was seventeen. Love found me when I was twenty-one.

My name is Aundrea McCall, and this is my journey.

When I first started to read this book, I didn't think that I was going to like it because it started with such a sad story line about a girl having cancer but as I read on, I fell completely in love with the characters and the story line. I was so glad that I stayed with it. I cannot wait to continue to read the complete set of books!! I would totally recommend this book to anyone. Loved it!!!

What's left of me by Amanda Maxlyn is sincere. It shows the emotions of being a cancer patient and what they deal with in trying to live a normal life, which includes dating. Love the characters and can't wait to see where the series leads them. It's a book you don't want to put down cause you want to find out what happens.

I really enjoyed this book. Unlike other "erotica" novels this one actually created great background and story line for the characters. I wanted to know more about Dre and her sickness than I did about her getting into Parker's pants. And that was exciting to me. Obviously they'll have sex again but what's she dealing with at home or when she's not with him. Quality character development. Read this y'all!

Maybe it's come at a time that hits just a little too close to home, but this story is packed with deep emotions. Not just love, but fear and hope and more.

Aundrea's perspective on cancer and battling are not only realistic, but also very refreshing. She feels like an authentic character, and her attitude and outlook on life make her relatable because she is imperfect. Most importantly, she is human. This book captures the highs and lows of battling cancer without spiraling into melodrama. I am interested to see how Aundrea's romance with Parker plays out and potentially changes her throughout her journey to healing. This girl deserves a win!
