This is the diary of Burn Rivers.

Bernadette Rivers has had enough. Always the fat friend and fat twin, she's ready to be more.
This summer she's going to lose the weight that's been holding her back.
As determined as she is, Burn knows she can't do it alone.
Enter Warren Grey; ex-high school hottie and stereotypical jock. He is everything that tormented her about high school but she knows he's exactly what she needs.
With a distant mother, a sister with poor taste, a polar opposite best friend and enough insecurities to fill the Grand Canyon, can she learn to love the skin she's in?

And then, of course, there's Fred.

  • Great book!

It was a great book. If you are mature, it is a great book for teens and adults. I can't wait for the next book. You never knew what was going to happen next. All in all, a great read.

Nice story. Not too hokey for even an adult to read. Waaaaay too many errors. For some reason this author and proofreaders frown on pronouns, prepositions, and using one of the best techniques of proofing; read it aloud.

This is like the best book I've ever red. It's an emotional roller coaster! So ready for June 30th to start the second book! Ugh that cliff hanger is killing me!

  • I never read a book unless it pulls me in

You have to have my attention by the first three sentences. If you don't I automatically throw it to the side and don't care to finish it. I finished this book in just a few hours so engrossed. Please June 30 hurry up!!!
  • It's fine

This book is good when I'm bored and don't want to use data to do other things on my phone. It's entertaining and a very light read but I don't think the writing is very good. There are lots of stupid typos and mistakes...this needed to be proofread by someone.
